Collectr export → insurance-ready schedule, in about a minute
Collectr tracks your collection's value beautifully — on screen. When an insurer (or your own disaster-preparedness instinct) asks for a dated, itemized inventory document, the app has nothing to hand over. Here's the one-minute path from Collectr to that document.
Step 1 — export your portfolio from Collectr
In the Collectr app: Portfolio → ⋮ menu → Export. The export arrives as a CSV (emailed to your account address). Note: Collectr gates exports behind its Pro subscription — if you don't have Pro, see the TCGplayer-app route below instead.
Step 2 — drop the CSV into the Schedule Sheet
Open Schedule Sheet for Card Collections and drop the file in. Because Collectr exports carry market values per row, your schedule uses your own app's values as-is — labeled with their source and today's date. The tool runs entirely in your browser; your collection list is never uploaded anywhere.
Step 3 — read the flags, print the schedule
You'll see your collection as an insurer sees it: itemized values by set, and every item at or above $2,000 flagged — that's the level where specialty insurers like American Collectors start scheduling items individually. Above $25,000 total, per-item scheduling is standard (that's Collectibles Insurance Services' stated threshold). The one-time $9 unlock gets you the printable schedule PDF and a clean CSV — plus the photo-evidence checklist that turns the list into actual claim-ready documentation.
No Collectr Pro? Use the TCGplayer app instead
The TCGplayer app exports your collection CSV for free (Collection → ⋮ → Export CSV). That export carries no prices — so the Schedule Sheet values it against a dated snapshot of TCGplayer market prices, matched to the exact card and printing, and states the valuation date on every page of the schedule. Any other spreadsheet works too: name, set, quantity, and values if you have them.
